Terri started dancing at the age of 3 and fell in love with movement! Throughout growing up, she took Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary classes in her hometown which led to her moving to London to study at Middlesex University.

Throughout Terri’s dance degree, she worked collaboratively with international choreographer, Alesandra Seutin on ‘Into Eternity’, a contemporary based piece where Terri was inspired by Seutin’s passion for teaching. Terri also performed in Southpaw Dance Company’s ‘Rise’ for Brent’s London Borough of Culture 2020 at Wembley Stadium and taught a group of community participants. From this point, Terri knew her calling was to be a dance teacher!

Since achieving a 1st Class Honours in Dance Practices in 2021, Terri propelled her knowledge further by completing her BBO Level 5 in Dance Teaching with a Distinction. Terri has taught for The Little Dance Academy ever since! Terri opened her North London branch in January 2024 after acknowledging a need for some LDA sparkle in Muswell Hill and Highgate! She believes in creating a safe space where children can grow in confidence, expression and most importantly, have fun!
